“I have a passion for great design.”

Emma Reichert-Pasterick has over 20 years of experience as a Graphic Designer and Art Director in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry. She creates clear, compassionate designs focused on patients, specialized in effective and elegant materials for healthcare and medical technology companies.

Emma is currently an Associate Creative Director at Maven Communications and owns Lafayette Paperie, which focuses on watercolor paintings and invitations. She and her husband, Steve, enjoy cooking, renovating their 1926 bungalow in Westwood, NJ, gardening, and hiking with their 1-year-old son, Russell, and their rescue dog, Betsy.

The Process:

"A successful design starts with a process of observation, listening, research & discovery. I start by understanding the fundamental needs of my clients - what they need to communicate effectively to reach their customers. Through the process of discovery, I develop a strategic design plan - with results that help them meet & exceed their goals and excite their customers."
