Emma Reichert-Pasterick is an Associate Creative Director with more than 25 years of experience bringing ideas to life across the medical device, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries. She specializes in creating thoughtful, compelling communications for healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, and caregivers—making complex medical, clinical, and technical information clear, engaging, and human. With a deep understanding of healthcare audiences and a passion for sophisticated design, Emma brings strategic thinking, creativity, and empathy to every project.

Emma brings her creative background to a variety of roles, currently serving as an Associate Creative Director at Maven Communications and an Art Director for Mindray North America, while also running Lafayette Paperie, her own creative studio focused on watercolor artwork and custom invitations. At home, she and her husband, Steve, are busy raising their 2-year-old son, while renovating their 1926 bungalow in Westwood, New Jersey. As a family, they enjoy cooking, gardening, hiking, and spending time outdoors with their rescue dog, Betsy.

I start by understanding the fundamental needs of my clients - what they need to communicate effectively to reach their customers. Through the process of discovery, I develop a strategic design plan - with results that help them meet & exceed their goals and excite their customers."
